Welcome!

I’m really glad you’re here. Life has a way of leading us through seasons that feel heavy, confusing, or lonely. You may be carrying things you’ve tried to handle on your own for a long time—and that can be exhausting. If that is you, I want you to know, you don't have to carry it alone.

You deserve a place where you feel seen, understood, and supported. Counseling can offer a safe space to unpack what’s hurting, reconnect with yourself, and move toward healing at your own pace.

"The deepest healing doesn't happen in isolation...it happens in connection."

Esther Perel

What I Do

Individual counseling

As a relational therapist, I believe healing grows in the presence of someone who can sit with you—fully, gently, and without fear of your pain. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to explore the parts of yourself that have long needed to be seen, heard, and held.

Together, we’ll shape therapy around your needs and your pace. Using evidence-based techniques, we’ll explore the parts of you that have been waiting for attention.

My areas of focus include trauma, self-worth, attachment wounds, and identity exploration. I also have a deep passion for working with neurodivergent clients, especially those who are newly discovering or wondering about ADHD/Autism. As a neuro-affirming therapist, I stay committed to ongoing training, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique way of being in the world. I celebrate people of every gender, race, and sexuality—and I welcome honest feedback about how to make this space truly inclusive.
